When Rita and her mother, Maria, opened up a restaurant in 1959 with an open concept kitchen (a novelty at the time) in Chelsea, they never thought that it would develop into one of New England’s largest and most trusted hospitality groups, answering the needs of anyone who values great food and exceptional service—from brides and grooms to administrators, business owners, and flight attendants all over New England.
